I arrived in Tan Son Nhat airport last Sept. 9, at around 2:30am. It was already a delayed arrival because of storm signal from where I came from, the Philippines. I met Mr. Bu, the taxi driver, a very patient man who waited for so long, but was still smiling and very respectful though we arrived late. I salute Mr. Bu because he is ready to help tourist like me, and I am glad to meet him, the first Vietnamese, in my tour. Hope he continue to be a blessing to many, and hope to meet him again.

A great way to get to your hotel easily

Such a relief to not worry how to get to the hotel after a long flight. The driver met me and had an easy sign to read. He was very kind and pointed out important sites. The car was very clean.

We had the same driver for airport pickup and departure. Really appreciate the driver waiting for our arrival even when our flight got delayed by 2 hours. Vehicle was clean (SUV) and we were comfortable with our 2 luggage stored in the trunk. The driver was pleasant and tried to made connection with us through small chit chat. Because we were tired after a delayed flight which made up arrive HCMC at 1am, the driver kept the conversation to a minimum as we drove to the hotel. He was helpful with the luggage and dropped us off safely. Also coordinator who has been working to ensure the booking is smooth was pleasant to work with and confirmed the transfer with reassurance.

driver met us as we left the airport at the perfect time, just as we began to feel a little lost. Took us to our ride and delivered us exactly to our hotel. The car was clean and the ride was smooth, I could find no fault with this experience.

The Driver met us when we walked out the door of the airport and was very calm in dealing with the traffic that for someone new to the country was very chaotic. We had a great experience watching it all go by knowing that he had it all under control.
