Highlight of our Trip to Vietnam

Wow, what a great tour. We started our holiday with this tour and kind of wish we rather kept it till the end - it made all the other tours and experiences a bit lacklustre.
Such quality and great planning!

It started with concise and professional communication prior to being picked up - confirming hotel location as well as pick up time. The next morning they were on time and we were taken out to a bus arriving. It was a brilliant idea in extremely busy Hanoi to have someone go along on a scooter before the bus and make sure everyone ready - prevents terrible congestion of traffic.
We were kindly greeted with warm smiles and found our seats on the bus (which was comfortable and clean).

After picking up everyone and starting to head out, the main guide - Phong, introduced himself and the driver, Nam. He gave us some interesting historical facts as well as pointed out points of interest along the way. He was engaging and kind with very good English - making it easy to understand him.
Just before reaching Halong Bay we had a rest stop with an added bonus - learning about pearl culturing along with the opportunity to buy beautiful pearls.

We then made our way to the dock where Phong went to secure all our tickets and explained everything in detail.
Next we boarded our boat and had the most delicious and filling lunch, I'm vegan and they had a yummy spread for me too, catering for everyone's likes.
There are beverages available to buy onboard for a good price as well.

After that we went about a day of adventure and absolutely stunning views. From caves to mountain tops to dragon boats and more. Phong guided us every step of the way, with helpful facts, clear instructions and kind communication.

Would 100% recommend this trip to anyone wanting to do Halong Bay or even just going to Hanoi. Phong was an amazing guide and Nam was such a great and careful driver - the boat crew were polite and professional too.

Our comfort was definitely important as well as timings and accountability - things that were very much not taken into account on other tours.

Hope to one day go back.

We had a wonderful trip along at Halong Bay day trip from start to finish.
And company provide private tour guide for our group. Our guide QA was a great took care of us.
We didn't feel awkward with him and he was really friendly to us, such a wonderful tour guide.
He asking our special request for food since the day before starting the tour. Food also amazing and plus he take good care of us
We spend such a wonderful time in that trip. Thank to company and our guide QA , we can create beautiful memories in that day.
