Best cooking class in Vietnam and Rosie is simply wonderful

The best ever cooking class, Rosie was wonderful and ably supported by her beautiful family. It was an honour and please to be invited into their home and spend time with them learning to cook Vietnamese meals.

TLDR: 5 STARS! WE LOVE ROSIE! ⭐️♥️ Shared delicious food and countless laughs.

Hello this is Jen and Cat!
We highly recommend this cooking class. We stayed at Jolie Villa and did the cooking class here on the second morning of our stay. We cooked four different dishes and they were able to adapt their cooking menu to be vegetarian for us. We had spring rolls, banh xeo, pho chay, and a tofu dish with rice. We finished up with eating fresh fruits from the market: rambutan, longan, mango, and Vietnam green orange. (See pics for all the food we made and tried) First we met at the Villa at 8 AM and then we went to the market where there are fresh produce and we learned about all of the different produce and asked different questions we have about the local produce. We purchase ingredients needed for the dishes and also we got to select what fruits that we want to try after that we went to a coffee shop and tried Vietnamese coffee. We also had jasmine tea and peach tea. Then we went back to villa to cook! We ended around 12:30pm. The price is very reasonable as it is inclusive of the drinks, car rides to market and coffee shop, the food ingredients, and the teaching class.

It was super fun and we learned a lot. Everyone teaching and helping us are so lovely!

This was so much fun!!

Rosie was the most amazing host, every part of the day was so well organised and she was so sweet and funny! It was really interesting going to the market to buy some ingredients, and it was lovely to be welcomed into their family home. All the food we made was so good, we can’t wait to try out what we learned when we get home. It really felt like hanging out with friends, and we would 100% recommend this class to anyone, regardless of level of cooking experience. Thank you Rosie! ❤️❤️

Such a wonderful morning! We started walking through the market, had some excellent coffee and then went to the private home and started cooking! Everyone involved was so lovely and the class was one of the favorite things we did while visiting Vietnam! If you want to learn how to cook a few local dishes and have some fun- we would highly recommend doing this cooking class!

Such an incredible few hours! We met some local farmers, went to the markets to choose our fresh produce, tried some coffee, and then went back to a family home (which was nice and cool inside) to cook. We had such a great time, and it truly felt like we were old friends with Rosie by the end. Not to mention, the food was life changing and we can't wait to make more with the recipes we were provided. Whether the menu changes or not, I will be back every time I am in Vietnam.

They also catered to my not being able to eat seafood as if it was not problem
