It was a wonderful experience.. They picked me up at my hotel and the entire trip was well organized.. The guide was very helpful. The boat ride was lovely and was able to get some great views and pictures..

Transportation was good, big van with a/c to cool down. It also had USB ports at each seat to charge your phone. Buffet lunch was large with plenty of options. The views from the boat ride and the hike are both amazing. Overall great day trip!

We booked our tour through Tan Cao and found him very easy to deal with. He was on hand to quickly answer any questions we had and made sure we knew exactly what was going on. I booked haolu-tamcoc-muacave and halongbay 2 days 1 night with tan. He is talkactive, friendly, & helpful.
We can ask many things to him, and he will try to help.
On first time, i planned to go to halongbay by silversea but in the end i used sapphire cruise to lanhabay, due to trouble engine on silversea. He told me one day before, and tried to manage everything, and even give suggestions.
He also helped me to book greenbus from sapa with same price like in office (as we just booked last minutes, & even in office when we must pay by cash, not credit card, he let us to ride first n pay later in hanoi) n offer to stay for a while when we arrived so earlier from sapa n planned to go directly to halongbay.

Recommended, He will help to offer the best price for your tour plan:)
