We had a most amazing time at Rose Kitchen with Hung, our chef/teacher, on our afternoon and evening of cooking. We started out with a market visit where we bought the ingredients for our dishes and then we went on to the beautiful setting of the kitchen to start prepping and cooking. We learned how to make 4 traditional Vietnamese dishes, all of which were flavorful, aromatic and easy enough to do on our own back at home. The meal was delicious, and we can't wait to make it ourselves. It was the experience that the whole family enjoyed!

This class is absolutely the best of the best highlight of our family trip to Asia last month. Awesome chef and assistants, the food was fabulous and we all had great time learning the steps to make the local dishes. The best part is that we not only learned about how to cook the dishes but learned so much about the stories behind the dishes, about the culture and local life.

This is a must for all food and culture lovers. Highly recommend.

Fantastic way to get deep insights into Vietnamese culture and cuisines

We had fantastic time with May Cooking Class. The food were amazing with unlimited drinks. I love the local wine which is made of the rice Wine and mulberry. After the class, they even sent us a nice cook book via email so that we can cook those dishes at home.
We highly recommend this great class to everyone who is looking for true and authentic local cuisines experience.
