I found the tour company online and first impression: very neat!. Mr.Son was the one who organized the trip for me. I used whatsapp to ask any questions I had he was very helpful in answering all my questions. The bus was quite comfortable and the drive to and back from Sapa was smooth as well. The local guide was a young lady named Pang who was absolutely sweet and knowledgeable. She spoke really good english. Thank you Ms. Pang for all the interesting information about your culture! The homestay was clean and food provided to us was top notch. Thank you team for organizing such memorable trip! I hope you all have successful careet in the everygrowing tourism industry in Vietnam
