Four members of my family booked a cooking class through the Orchid Restaurant. What a wonderful experience! We were picked up at our hotel, escorted to the market (via cyclo), explored the market, shopped some items to cook, then headed back to the restaurant to prepare a four course lunch. Great opportunity to ask questions about ingredients, learn how to handle unique foods, learn some prep and presentation tips and tricks, and of course, then sat down to enjoy our well crafted meal. We really had a wonderful experience, spent about 5 hours, and loved every minute.
