It was such an wonderful evening. We started with an very interesting market tour. Simon explained everything to us. Later on we drove to the villa for cooking. It was so much fun and the food was just amazing. Thank you again Simon and also thanks to the kitchen lady’s..

Had an incredibly fun time. Chris was our guide / instructor, and he was amazing. He took us to the market, showed us ingredients that we had never seen before, and then we went back and cooked several dishes. We ate a lot of food during our trip, and this was honestly the best meal. I felt like I got a great taste of authentic Vietnamese food (pun intended) and learned some awesome cooking skills to bring back home. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Hanoi and considering a cooking class

Great teacher and good food

There was 8 on course in total. V easy to book and we were collected from our hotel at 9.10 am we then went to local market which was really informative and interesting. Then to the kitchen which was great fun for all Chris our chef spoke excellent English demonstrated v well. Food great and learnt lots . Finished around 1 and they arranged taxi back . We have recurved recipes on email. Would really recommend.
