Amazing private Phu Quoc snorkeling tour customized for us

Knew about OnBird when I was searching for a diving/snorkeling tour in Phu Quoc for our holiday. My wife & I both liked the idea of crowd-avoiding tours (as we wanted to have a break from our normal busy city life), thus we chose OnBird private snorkeling tour for 2 on a Thursday noon.

Several things that we liked in this tour:
- Tour operator gave us reasonably advices (regarding weather, time to depart,...) 1 week before tour date just to make sure that we would have the best experience from the tour.
- Friendly & helpful guide - Tuấn Anh - thank you for helping me to avoid a parking scam at An Thới Port
- Beautiful coral reefs
- There was a quick but throughout training session, which helped us, as beginners, have a better understanding and safer practices while enjoying the activity.
- Although we booked tour for 2, on our boat there were 1 guide/trainer and 3 crew members > made us feel safer in case something wrong might happen.
- Clean & high-quality equipment. Our guide even prepared anti-fog solutions for clearer viewing experience.
- Images & videos from Onbird's GoPro. So even if we did not bring waterproof phone cases, we still got amazing footages from their pro camera.

Things that we felt a bit uncomfortable:
- Boat engine smoke smell bad when idling
- Mây Rút Trong Beach where we enjoyed fruits was not clean enough & quiet > there was another teambuilding tour with loud music when we arrived + beach was filled with plastic/trash

Overall, this was still an amazing experience & the team was professional. Next time, we will look forward to experiencing their scuba diving tour to enjoy the beauty of Phu Quoc coral reefs once again.

My fiance booked on bird fora private tour, they took us to some scenic isolated sandy beaches, left us Alone to explore and filmed us from afar secretly when he proposed on the rocks. Took us to another rocky Islet for prosecco and fruits to watch the sunset it was beyond dreamy great service

This was such a great trip and Can was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable and hands-on. He ensured we were competent in snorkeling and was quick to point out interesting corals or fish we might have otherwise missed. The trip is very successfully designed to avoid the touristy snorkeling sites. We very much enjoyed the beauty of Phu Quoc.
