The guide was quite punctual in picking us up at the hotel and he made effort to contact us about his arrival time at hotel. Then another tour guide who was with us for the 2 days and one night cruise was also friendly and helpful.
Overall the staff on board were very friendly too. The lunches and dinner are sumptuous.
