Great class had a really nice time. The chef gave us lots of info about the methods of cooking and gave us copies of the recipe to take home after!

Incredible cooking class

Both of the hosts were incredibly welcoming throughout. The setting is wonderful with river views beside the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed making a number of dishes that we can replicate at home. The best part is that we felt that the visit allowed us to experience cooking and chatting with local people as opposed to going round markets etc. a brilliant visit. This visit was part of our honeymoon and they certainly made it feel special.

Superb class and fun

I chose this class as it had none if the tour trips along the river and marke, just learn to cook. Quan was very good at teaching us our favourite Vietnamese dishes. His English was very good and he explained all the ingredients and how to eat rice pancakes. Afterwards we got to eat all the delicious dishes we cooked.
I definitely recommend this class and would come back again to learn how to cook other dishes.
