Cooking from 8.00- 12.00 or 15.00- 19.00.

Our chef will pick you up hotels in old quarter or Hoan Kiem area, you then will start walking to the local market, you will see all ingredients and local foods.

Complete your shopping, we come back our home to prepare and cook by yourself under the instruction of the chef from the beginning to the end, learning how to marinate and to spice will be the most crucial lesson.

Enjoy the meal with friendly host, and finish the cooking class.

Amazing cooking class

We had a cooking with Anna, and it was one of our trip's highlights. Highly recommended if you're in Hanoi. We started around 9, taking a bike ride to the cooking location while enjoying views from Old Quarter. Then Anna showed us the variety of dishes we could choose from: 3 entrees + dessert, or 4 entrees. We chose 3 entrees and a dessert. There were plenty of options to choose from, appetizers, different meats, seafood, vegetarian, etc. Anna also had recommendations based on our preferences. Then we left to walk to the market where we bought all the ingredients we would use. We spent the time cooking and preparing all the different dishes and then enjoyed delicious food. The dishes we chose were: bun cha, stuffed eggplant, catfish in caramel sauce, and sticky rice with coconut.

Better than I ever expected!

Ana/Yen was the best! We do not take many tours, but wanted a cooking class in Hanoi. Anna made everything easy and enjoyable, from being picked up at the hotel to a trip to a lovely market, to the place by the river with a professional kitchen. We had many choices from her menu, and the crispy pancakes were outstanding! (We even made them ourselves, along with the spring rolls and lemongrass chicken, with her patient help of course). I will take these recipes back to the US, and will always think of that wonderful morning and lunch now that I know how to cook Vietnamese food (a little at least!).

Anna is a superstar, we went to the market, bought fresh produce and then went back to their homestay, and cooked fome fantastic food, it was a wonderful experience and I would do it again, Anna explaines everything and then patiently makes sure you cook it right, It was one of the highlights of our holiday..... I and my friend took home cooking class with Anna, and it was one of the best experiences in my life. Anna is so kind, patient, and delightful! She will teach you how to buy some stuff in the local market. Cooking class is also placed in a very peaceful, small village. So after finishing cooking, you can have your own meal at the beautiful balcony-like place.
I definitely recommend to take class with Anna!!!
